Samsung

Challenge

Samsung sells products on Amazon as a first-party vendor but also through third party resellers. Advertisements boosts sales for both, but first party vendors are top priority for Samsung. Publicis Commerce sought to promote products only when the stock is “dispatched from and sold by Amazon".

Solution

Publicis Commerce developed a proprietary and easy to plug in, piece of technology to solve this challenge: SMARTs. SMARTs monitors Samsung's Buy Box health on Amazon in real time, by linking directly into its API. Linking this information into our decision making tools, meant we could strategically place and promote the right content when it would best serve Samsung as a first party vendor.

Result

We recorded a 172% increase in orders. ROAS increased by 18%. Our conversion rate increased by 60%. Revenue increased 126%.
