The SEA team sits in sunny Singapore. We are a five person strong team, each armed with a set of specialised skills. Our team possesses vast experience from the various Brand team's, E-Retailers, Creative Content Specialists and Media. The team acts as an e-commerce consulting unit for our agencies within Publicis Groupe for South East Asia. We provide strategies, go-to-market implementation and e-commerce acceleration plans for our clients on both campaign based planning and full year business strategy planning.

Challenge

GSK was looking to accelerate their e-commerce business in the region to match consumer migration online.

Solution

We first conducted a thorough audit of their econtent, to understand the resources available and the competitive context. With the content fundamentals in place, we devised custom media strategies to test content across key segments and then accelerate it once we identified traction and conversion to sales.

Result

We developed Playbooks for best in class e-commerce GSK content across Lazada, Shopee & Tokopedia. We have reduced inefficiencies in the content production process and now run a significantly more efficient commerce media operation off the back of this work.
